摘要
由于车门内板形状结构复杂,特征多,拉延深度大,因此,根据同步工程的理念,在车身设计阶段,采用有限元数值模拟方法,对车门内板拉延工序进行成形性预测,根据分析结果,反馈指导设计,从而在设计阶段尽量避免模具制造过程中可能出现的风险。本文主要以其中的一个循环分析为例,阐明整个成型分析的过程。根据初次分析结果,通过改变材料,增加几何特征,增大倒角,得到了比较好的仿真结果,优化了结构设计。
As the structure of door inner panel is very complex, many characters, large drawing depth, according to simultaneous engineering philosophy, adopt finite element numerical simulation method to forecast the formality of drawing operation. Then according to the analysis result, provide feedback to design. So we can try to avoid the dangerous during the mould manufacture. This article clarifies the procedure of formality analysis through one cycle. According to the first analysis result, by change material, add structural character, enlarge fillet, and get better simulation result, optimize structural design.
