RE484型机车是基于庞巴迪TRAXX机车平台和瑞士Re482型机车的具有最新发展水平的机车。介绍该车的主要技术参数,阐述其模块化的IGBT大功率变流器、模块化的制动控制系统(MBS)和耐碰撞的符合今后欧洲铁路通用性标准的机车车体等技术设计特点。
Re484 locomotive is a state-of-the-art locomotive.based on the platform of Bombardier TRAXX locomotive and Swiss Re482 locomotive. The main technical parameters are presented and technical characteristics are expounded as modularized IGBT power converter and braking system （MBS） alonzo with the collision-proof car body to conform the future gencral European railway standard.
