摘要
用不同浓度的多效唑、比久、CaCl2喷施牡丹切花,以研究它们对牡丹切花的瓶插寿命、最大花径、花枝鲜重、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及呼吸强度的影响。结果表明,它们能使牡丹切花的瓶插寿命比CK长1~2 d。其中200 mg.L-1多效唑的效果优于200mg.L-1比久,其使切花花枝鲜重持续时间长、花径大、可溶性蛋白降解速度慢、相对电导率小,能延缓牡丹切花呼吸高峰的到来,且POD、SOD活性大。200 mg.L-1多效唑、200 mg.L-1比久、0.1%CaCl2等是延长切花瓶插寿命较为理想的保鲜液。
The lifetime of the flower in vase, the biggest diameter of the flower, the fresh weight of the stem, the relative electric conductivity, the soluble protein, POD,SOD and the breathe intensity of the cut peony cultivated in different concentrations (100,200,300mg.L^-1) of PP333, B9 medium and spraied with 0.1%CaCl2 respectively were measured. The results showed that all kinds of treatment could make the lifetime of cut peony in vase longer than CK. 200mg. L^-1 PP333 did better than 200mg. L^-1 B9. 200mg. L^-1PP333 could keep the fresh weight of stems longer, the diameter of flowers bigger, the resolving of solubility protein more slowly, the relative electric conductivity smaller, the coming of breath peak later, the POD and SOD more active. 200mg.L^-1 medium of PP333,B9 and spraying 0.1%CaCl2 to the leaves were the better methods to prolong the lifetime of the cut peony flower in vase.
