摘要 与其它测温技术相比,光学测温技术具有非接触、实时和无损等优点,在国防、军事和工业生产中具有极其重要的作用。文章介绍了常见的4种技术———激光光谱测温技术、全息干涉测温技术、基于CCD的三基色测温技术和红外辐射测温技术,其中又以红外辐射测温技术应用最为广泛。简单地介绍了前3种技术,而对红外测温技术的原理、方法和具体应用则进行了详细的论述。 Compared to other temperature measurements, the optical temperature measurement has many advantages such as non-contact, real time and so on. It plays a vital role in the national defense, military affairs and industrial producing. Four technologies were introduced. They are laser spectral temperature measurement, holographic interferential temperature measurement, tricolor temperature measurement base on CCD and infrared radiant temperature measurement, the last one is applied most widely. The anterior three kinds of these measurements are introduced simply, while the last one's principles, methods and main applications are discussed in detail.
