摘要
为了探索免疫抑制剂对胎脑组织移植疗效的影响，我们以１９９４年６月～１９９６年１月接受胎脑组织移植的６８例患者作为观察组，以１９９０年８且～１９９３年４月手术的１９６例患者作为对照组，进行免疫抑制治疗，对临床症状、体征。ＥＥＧ、ＢＥＡＭ、ＥＰ改变进行了观察对比。术后１个月和一年评定，观察组总有效率８８．２％，显效率７０．６％，对照组总有效率８１．１％，显效率３６．２％。术后１年观察组总有效率７６．８％，显效率６２．５％，对照组总有效率６０％，显效率２４．６％。结果表明，免疫抑制治疗组疗效优于对照组，且远期疗效稳定。
o study the effects of immunosuppression therapy on the fetal brain tissue transplantation, 68patients received fetal brain tissue transplantation during 1994.06 to 1996.01 were treated with immuno-suppression drugs, while the 196 patients received fetal brain tissue transplantation during 1900.08 to1993.04 were as control group. Clinical systoms, signs, EEG, BEAM, and EP were used to evaluate thetherapeutic effects. The results are as followes: the total effective rate in treatment group and controlgroup are 88.2% and 81.1% respectively one month after operation, while the total effective rate in treat-ment group and control group are 76.8% and 60% respectively after one-year follow-up. The treatmentgroup has a significant higher effective rate. The results in this study indicate that adminstration ofimmunosupprants in patients received fetal brain tissue transplantation had a better therapeutic effectsand long term effects was stable.
