摘要
未来的图书馆是信息资源高度集中的地方,除了传统意义的物理图书馆,还新生出网络意义的虚拟图书馆,如何建设和管理好信息资源?给每个图书馆人提出了挑战。图书馆成长壮大,共建、共享是必由之路。本文就图书馆中不同信息类型载体的信息资源的建设模式和规范、共建共享、保障机制、知识产权等问题做些抛砖引玉式的探讨,与大家共勉。
In the future, the library is a center of information resources. Besides the traditional libraries, there are newbom virtual libraries in Intemet. How to establish and manage these information resources is a big challenge for librarian. Library must grow - up and become strong, so eo - establishment and share is a compulsory access. This article offers a few commonplace remarks by a way of simple discussion for the building mode, standard, eo - establishment, share, assurance system and intellectual property of information resources of different type of information earlier in library.
