摘要
随着经济的发展,社会对应用型创新人才的需求越来越大,怎样才能适应社会的需求,培养出更多更合格的应用型创新人才呢?这是高校教师面临的一个亟待解决的艰巨任务。笔者认为,要满足社会对人才的这种需求,高等教育是关键,而高校教师观念的转变是首当其冲的问题。只有教师转变观念,采纳新的教学观念和方法,并在教学中加以实践才能培养出社会需要的应用型创新人才。
With the development of economy, our society needs more persons with practical, creative ability. The question is how to educate more qualified students to meet the need of society？ The author thinks the key factor lies in higher education and the teachers should change some teaching concept, adopt some new ones, then put them into practice.
