摘要
从12种中草药中分离纯化得到20株可以解酒的芽孢杆菌,其中5株解酒能力较强,经测定,在特定条件下可以消耗酒精,使其减少50%左右。经过纯化培养,对这5株芽孢杆菌进行菌体菌落形态及生理生化特征鉴定,其中一株初步鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌,具有一定的开发价值。
There were 20 strains of bacilli obtained from 12 Chinese traditional medicines, which were able to degrade alcohol. Five strains had shown to degrade alcohol effectively, which are able to degrade alcohol to 50 % in the specified condition. After physiological and biochemical experiments, one of them was proved to be Bacillus subtilis, and has a development value.
