摘要
目的 了解武汉市学龄前儿童睡眠障碍与儿童气质的关系,为学龄前儿童睡眠障碍的干预提供依据。方法 应用自行设计的3~6岁儿童睡眠状况调查问卷和中国学龄前儿童气质量表(CPTS)对1827名3~6岁儿童的家长进行调查。结果 不同气质类型的儿童睡眠障碍发生率差异有统计学意义,其中D型、I—D型及E型儿童中有睡眠障碍者分别为33.67%,32.95%和15.53%;睡眠障碍儿童的节律性、适应性得分及心境得分均高于正常儿童,差异有统计学意义;不同气质类型儿童的睡眠时间差异无统计学意义,气质维度得分与儿童的睡眠时间无相关。结论 学龄前儿童睡眠障碍与气质类型存在密切相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between sleep disorders and their temperament type among preschool children in Wuhan, and to provide eviidence for the interventions. Methods By using China preschool children temperament scale(CPTS) and a self-designed questionnaire, 1 827 parents of children aged 3 - 6 were investigated. Results The prevalence of sleep disorders in children represented different temperament had significant difference. The prevalence rate of D type, I-D type and E type were 33.67%, 32.95% and 15.53%. The children with sleep disorders had higher scores of rhythmicity, adaptability and mood than normal group. The sleep time of children with different temperament had no significant difference. Temperament dimensions had no impact on sleep time. Conclusion There are correlations between preschool children's sleep disorders and their temperament type.
