摘要
通过对黄铜酸洗工艺的讨论,采用了超低浓度硝酸新工艺代替硫酸-双氧水体系的老工艺。结果表明:新工艺不仅大大降低了成本,而且零件表面的光洁度、均匀程度及抗变色能力都有了较为明显的提高,并且酸洗时升温较慢,可以连续生产;此外,对三废的处理也进行一定的探讨,新工艺中产生的NOx气体可以得到有效的控制,废液处理量少,同时新工艺中产生的废渣可以直接回收利用。
Through the discussion on brass pickling processes, a new technology of super lower nitric acid is put forward to replace the conventional sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide process. The results show that the new process can not only reduce the cost but also remarkably improve the surface smoothness, uniformity and anti-retarnishing properties of brass parts. Furthermore, the temperature rises slowly and production can be continuous during brass pickling. In addition, the NOx gas can be controlled efficiently, and only little wastewater is produced. At the same time , the wastes produced in the new process can directly be used for recycling.
