摘要
基于碳酰肼与孔雀石绿反应生成无色物质,建立了简单、快速、准确的动力学光度法测定碳酰肼产品纯度的方法。测定了表观反应速率常数,并对反应机理进行研究,该方法测定范围为4×10^—3~50×10^-3mol·L^-1,方法检出限为1.0×10^-3mol·L^-1。
A simple, rapid and accurate kinetic method for the determination of purity of carbohydrazide product was described. The method was based on the reaction between carbohydrazide and malachite green to form a colorless compound. The apparent reaction rate constant was determined and the reaction mechanism was studied. The linear calibration curve was in range of 4 × 10^-3- 50× 10^-3 mol. L^-1 for carbohydrazide with a limit of detection of 1, 0 × 10^-3 mol . L^-1. The method has been applied to the determination of purity of carbohydrazide product
