摘要
研究了二氧化氯化学氧化体系和二氧化氯催化氧化体系。实验结果表明:单用二氧化氯化学氧化处理COD为3400mg/L的直接大红染料配制废水时,最佳反应pH值为1,氧化剂经济用量为400mgClO2/L废水,反应时间为10min,COD去除率可达85.9%左右,氧化指数(COD削减量∶ClO2投加量)=7。当二氧化氯与自制催化剂所组成的催化氧化体系用于对直接大红染料配制废水的处理时,最佳反应pH值为2左右,氧化剂经济用量为600mgClO2/L废水,反应时间为10min,COD去除率可达99.2%以上,氧化指数=17。结果表明,二氧化氯催化氧化法是一种新型高效的处理难降解废水的技术,有着广阔的应用前景。
The ClO2 chemical oxidation system and ClO2 catalytic oxidation system are studied for treating direct scarlet dye wastewater with a COD of 3400. The results show that, by adjusting the pH to 1 and adding 400mg/L wastewater, an active time of 10 minutes is the most effective and economical. The COD removal rate exceeds 85.9%, and the oxidation index (COD removal amount/ ClO2 used amount) is 7. When treating the wastewater by catalytic oxidation, using ClO2 and a special catalyst,adjusting the pH to 2 and adding 600mg ClO2 , an active time of 10 minutes is most effective and economical. The COD removal rate exceeds 99. 2% and the oxidation index is 17. The result illustrates that ClO2 catalytic oxidation is an efficient method to treat refractory wastewater and it should have broad application.
