摘要
今年正值中阿开启外交关系金禧之年。50年来,中国与阿拉伯国家经历了3次建交高潮。中阿建交体现了诸多涵义,如中阿建交是一个循序渐进的过程;中国对外政策的调整推动了中阿建交过程;美国对华政策的调整影响了一些国家对中国的态度向积极方面发展;中阿相互支持,关系持续发展。在本世纪,中阿关系将会进一步发展,且前景广阔。因为双方都有这一良好愿望,同时也存在广泛和牢固的根基,这体现为双方在政治上相互支持;经济上互补性强,有深化合作的广阔空间;文化上相互交流和借鉴,取长补短,加强文明对话;在国际事务中加强合作,为在国际上建立公正、民主的新秩序而努力。未来50年,中阿关系的局面会更加辉煌。
When celebrating the 50~ th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Arabian countries this year, we have experienced three high tides in establishing relations within the past fifty years. The establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Arabian countries may imply some points: the establishment of diplomatic relations is a gradual process; China's foreign policy adjustment promoted this process; the adjustment of the U.S. policy to China affected some Arabian countries' approach to China; China and Arab support each other to make their relations progress constantly. In the 21~ st century,on the comprehensive and solid basis, Sino-Arab relations will make further development and the prospect is bright.
