本文介绍了社区智能化的内容及各子系统的功能特点,以公寓式高档住宅为例,说明了按建设部住宅智能化B级标准建造的系统具体设计方案和需要注意的问题。
The article introduces the community intelligent content, the functions and characteristics of subsystem. By taking the example of apartment, the paper explains the embody designing project and attendant problems of intelligent buildings constructing B standard.
