摘要
成年雌性新西兰家兔12只,术前测定血清的骨钙素含量为363.67±80.95ng/ml,碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶的活性分别为20.06±8.20U/L、19.06±5.46U/L、14.04±1.67U/L。摘除二侧卵巢8月后,家兔血清的骨钙素含量为327.50±87.29ng/ml,碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶的活性分别为14.60±4.64U/L、11.04±4.10U/L、4.44±2.10U/L。摘除卵巢术后各指标均显著降低(P<0.001)。骨特异性碱性磷酸酶活性降低的幅度比碱性磷酸酶大,因此骨特异性碱性磷酸酶可作为特异和灵敏的骨代谢指标。
Twelve female New Zealand rabbits of seven months of age, each weighing about 3kg,were subjected to oophorectomy The rabbit serum was examined for osteocalcin, alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase before and 8 monthe after oophorectomy. The serum osteocalcin content was 363. 67±80. 95ng/ml in intact animals and dropped to 327. 50±87. 29 ng/ml 8 months after oophorectomy, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.001). The alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase activities of serum were 20.06±8.20U/L, 19.06±5.46U/L, and 14.04±1.67 U/L respectively in intact animals and declined to 14.60 ±4.60 U/L,11.04±4. 10U/L, and4. 44±2.10U/L respectively 8 months after oophorectomy. The alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase activities in intact animals were significantly higher than those of the oophorectomized animals (P<0.001). Since the decline in bone-specific alkaline phosphatase activity far exceeds that of alkaline phosphatase activity, the former can be used as a sensitive specific marker of bone metabolism.
