摘要
液体雾化是两相流研究中非常重要的课题,在农业、能源以及环境工程中具有广泛的应用。本文对TF6喷嘴的雾化机理及表征液滴尺寸的参数进行了理论分析,通过实验测量了该喷嘴在不同喷雾压力下液体雾化粒子的粒径分布,得出了粒子粒径与喷雾压力之间的变化规律,并得到了该喷嘴的临界雾化压力值。
Liquid atomization is an important issue in the investigation of two-phase flow, and has been widely used in agriculture, energy resources and environment engineering. In this paper, the atomizing principle of TF6 nozzle and the parameters for describing the droplet-size distribution were analyzed. The distribution of TF6 nozzle' s droplet diameters at different pressures was obtained by experiment, and the value of critical spray pressure of TF6 nozzle was derived.
