摘要
目的探讨钛板内固定在治疗下颌骨骨折中的优异性。方法利用纯钛板坚固内固定治疗各种类型的下颌骨骨折210例,对其愈后情况同传统治疗方法作比较,了解其治疗方法的优异性。结果钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折较传统治疗方法(颌间牵引复位法、髁氏针外固定法等)其愈后在开口度、进食、痛苦等方面均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论利用钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折,患者术后生活质量明显改善,是目前治疗下颌骨骨折较理想的方法。
Objective To detect the prominence of the use of pure titanium plate of internal immobilization in treating mandibular bone fractures. Methods Pure titanium plates of internal immobilization were used in treating mandibular bone fractures of 210 cases.And the prominence was contrasted to the results of traditional methods. Results The oral angle, the diet condition and the pain of patients were reduced obviously, compared to the results of traditional methods. Conclusion Using the pure titanium plate of internal immobilization in treating the mandibular bone fracture can improve the living conditions of patients postoperatively, and has become a ideal method to treat mandibular bone fractures.
