摘要
为精密测试喷头的综合性能,研制了喷头综合性能精密测试试验台.试验台能够精确测量现场温度、压力、总流量、各分流量及喷雾角等参数.通过数据采集网络采集数据,多片采集卡通过RS485总线连接,并通过专门开发的数控系统与上位管理机相连.数控系统的任务是对采集数据进行初步处理并把数据传输给上位管理机,配合上位机完成整个控制任务,也可独立完成各项控制功能.喷雾角的测量是通过图像处理技术实现的.在数据处理过程中,应用了数据融合技术、神经网络技术及分段处理技术,因而提高了采集数据的精度.
A distribution bench was designed for precision measuring the nozzle integrative performance. The temperature, pressure, total flux distributing flux and spray angle could be measured accurately. A data acquisition network was formed with data acquisition cards by RS485 bus. Communication was realized between the network and upper-computer by a special microprocessor control system. The special control system could deal with the acquisition data and send them to the upper-computer to control the bench or by itself. The spray angle was measured by image processing. In data processing, data fusion technology, neural network technology and subsection processing technology are applied to improve the precision of the acquisition data.
