摘要
为了研究主动脉瓣膜泵的回流,将血泵内的叶轮换成圆柱体,使血泵失去泵血的作用,从而进行回流测试.测试中,血泵分别以15000r/min,17500r/min和20000r/min的转速旋转,出口与进口之间的压力差由一个离心泵提供,用流量计测出从瓣膜泵出口经定、转子间气隙到进口的回流.试验结果表明气隙和压差对回流有明显影响:增大气隙或增大压差都会导致回流的增加.当气隙为0.20mm,进出口压差为13.3kPa时,瓣膜泵的回流为0.6—0.8L/min.回流随时间变化的曲线图表明,在自然心脏舒张期回流产生一个波峰,而在收缩期产生一个波谷.瓣膜泵的转速对回流无明显影响,当转速增大时回流只有略微的下降.
To investigate the regurgitation of aortic valvo-pump, the impeller of the pump was replaced by a cylinder and hereby the valvo-pump had lost its pumping function. The pressure head crossing the aortic valvopump rotating at 15 000 r/min, 17 500 r/min and 20 000 r/min respectively was established by a centrifugal pump. The back flow from outlet to inlet of valvo-pump via the air-gap between rotor and stator was measured. Results demonstrated that the air-gap and pressure head have remarkable effect on back-flow ; a larger air-gap or a larger pressure head will lead to a larger back-flow. With 0.20 mm airgap and 13.3 kPa pressure head, the valvo-pump has a 0.6 -0.8 L/min mean back-flow. Instantaneous back-flow measurement indicated that the back-flow value has a wave crest during diastole and a trough during systole of the natural heart. The rotating speed of the valvo-pump has no significnt effects on its back-flow. As the rotating speed increases the back-flow will decrease slightly.
