油菜各部位对土壤中活性态重金属的累积特征分析 被引量:19

摘要 对成都平原46个样点土壤中活性态重金属(Cd、Cu、Pb、Cr、Zn)含量及其组成,以及在各样点种植的油菜各器官对重金属的累积特征进行分析,其结果表明:土壤中重金属活性最高的是Cd,其次分别为Pb、Zn、Cu,最低的是Cr;Pb、Cd主要累积在油菜的壳部,而在籽粒中累积最低;Cr、Cu主要累积在油菜的根部和壳部,而在茎部中累积最低;Zn主要累积在油菜的籽粒,而在茎部累积最低。土壤中活性态重金属的含量与油菜各器官中重金属的含量间存在一定的相关性,油菜籽粒中的Cu与土壤中的活性态Cu呈显著正相关;油菜根部中的重金属与土壤中的活性态重金属均呈负相关关系;油菜壳部和茎部的重金属与土壤活形态重金属虽有一定的相关性,但相关性不显著。 Active forms of heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Pb, Cr and Zn) and their components and the accumulation characters at each parts of rape in Chengdu plain were analyzed. The results indicated that the available sequence of the heavy metals in the studied soils was in a rank of: Cd〉Pb〉Zn〉Cu〉Cr. The heavy metals Pb, Cd were mainly accumulated in hull of rape, and were lowest accumulated in seeds. The heavy metals Cr, Cu were mainly accumulated in root and hull of rape, and were lowest accumulated in stem of rape. The heavy metal Zn was mainly accumulated in rapeseed, and was lowest accumulated in stem. To some extent, there was relativity correlation between the concentrations of active forms of the heavy metals in the studied soils and the concentrations at each parts of the plant. We discovered that the concentrations of Cu in rapeseeds were significantly positively correlated with the active forms of Cu in the tested soils. In contrast, the concentrations of heavy metals in roots were negatively correlated with the contents of the heavy metal in the studied soil. There was relative correlation between the concentrations of active forms for the heavy metals in the soils and the concentrations of heavy metals in the hulls and stems of rape at only some degrees.
