摘要
根据评价指标筛选原则,从经济、社会、资源、环境、技术与管理等角度,设计了城市区域水环境承载力评价指标体系,构建了三层递阶层次结构模型。考虑到多指标综合评价的特点,运用统计学方法对评价指标进行无量纲化处理。在此基础上,提出了层次分析法与统计学法相结合的区域水环境承载力状态趋势评价模型。实例研究表明,所建模型对多指标、多因素的区域水环境动态承载力评价具有很好的适用性。
According to the principles of index screening, an index system to assess the dynamic carrying capacity of urban regional water environment is designed from the aspects of economy, society, resources, environment, and technology, and a three-layer hierarchy-structured model is proposed. In order to consider the characteristics of multiple indexes, a statistics method is used to nondimension process of the evaluation indexes. On the basis, an appraisal model is put forward, which is a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and statistics. Study result shows that the model proposed in this paper is suitable for comprehensive assessment of regional water environmental carrying capacity of multiple indexes and multiple factors.
