摘要
本文结合图书馆管理工作实际,研究了图书馆传统的“物本”管理因素及其弊端,引入了人本管理原理,论述了图书馆实施人本管理的必要性与紧迫性,并就如何创建与之相应的运行机制展开了讨论。
In this article, the factor of traditional thing-oriented management and their defect are studied link with library＇s reality of work of managing, the principles of human-oriented management are introduced, the human-oriented management＇s necessity and urgency are expound, and it is discussed how to establish operating mechanism corresponded with it.
