摘要
芴与炔丙基溴在NaOH/PhCH2N+Me3C l催化作用下反应生成85%的二炔丙基芴(DPF).在10-4Pa真空中的ITO玻璃基板上沉积DPF制成EL器件.测得DPF特有的紫外可见吸收波段为337nm和354nm,其在432nm的蓝色光致发光(PL)光谱对应的光子能量是2.87eV.二炔丙基芴电致发光(EL)器件具有典型的矫正二极管性能,蓝色的电致发光光波以及12V的开启电压.由光谱扫描色度计PR-705测得色度值为(0.16,0.17),意味着器件发深蓝光.通过微分扫描热量计和热解重量分析仪研究DPF的热反应性能,其熔点和反应温度分别为117℃和247℃.
Dipropargylfluorene (DPF) was prepared by the reaction of fluorene and propargyl bromide with the catalyst of NaOtt/PhCH2N^+ Me3Cl in 85% yield. DPF was vacuum deposited on top of ITO under 10^-4pafor EL device. DPF showed characteristic UV-visible absorption band at 337nm and 354nm and blue PL spectrum at 432nm corresponding to the photon energy of 2. 87eV. DPF-based EL device showed a typical rectifying diode characteristics ,blue EL light and turn -on voltage of 12V. The color coordinate value gathered by SpectraScan Spectroradiometer PR-705 was 0. 16, 0. 17, which means deep blue light. The thermal reaction properties of DPF was studied by differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer. DPF exhibited to melt and react at 117℃ and at 247℃, respectively.
