摘要
探究了人本思想的历史渊源和马克思主义人本思想的内涵;分析了忽视“人”的教育管理理念的弊端,阐明了高等教育管理“以人为本”的重要性;最后探讨了“以人为本”的高等教育管理理念的实践。
This thesis inquired into the historical origin of human centered thought and the connotation of Marxism human thought. It has analyzed the abuses of ignoring ＂human＂ ideas in education management, and expounded the importance of ＂human-centered＂ in higher education management. At last some practical experiences are proposed.
