摘要
目的 检测NFκB在白血病细胞株中的激活状态。方法 提取15种白血病细胞株的细胞核蛋白,与γ-^32p标记NFxB寡核苷酸共浴后垂直电泳,4~8h后放射自显影。结果 NFκB在15种白血病细胞株中均处于激活状态。结论 NFκB的激活可能与白血病的发病机制有关。
Objective To explore the activation of NFκB in 15 kinds of leukemia ceils. Methods The nuclear protein of 15 kinds of leukemia cells were isolated. After bathing with NFκB oligonucleotide labeled with γ-^32p in room temperature,the nuclear protein was detected by vertical electrophoresis ,and the results were shown by exposure to X-ray film after 4~8 h. Results The NFκB DNA binding activity was enhanced in all kinds of leukemia cells. Conclusions The activation of NFκB in leukemia cells may play a role in the mechanisms of leukemia.
