摘要
在全球水资源日益缺乏的今天,国际合作原则作为国际水域内各国的行动指南,探讨该原则对我国保护和利用国内水资源有重要启示,可为立法、政策提供依据。
With the increasing short of water resource, corporation principle is used as the common standard of international water zone. In this paper, the suggestions of the corporation principle to protect and utilize water resource in China were discussed and measurements are suggested in legislation and policy.
