紫杉醇致兔组织损伤后处理的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的为了探讨紫杉醇静脉注射外渗后局部组织损伤修复的理想方法。方法将9只成年白色家兔制成紫杉醇局部损伤模型,分别按每只兔两侧臀部和背部共分为四种处理方法,于第24 h、7 d和14 d分别行肉眼和组织病理变化观察。结果紫杉醇外渗后肿胀恢复时间海普林软膏优于其它组(P<0.05);肉眼和组织病理变化观察,皮下组织充血、水肿和炎细胞浸润减少以及肉芽组织形成等方面在7 d和14 d后海普林软膏为优。结论海普林软膏外涂可减轻皮下局部组织损害,促进皮下局部损伤组织的修复。 Objective To study the ideal method of the renovation in the tissue damage by paclitaxel vascular extravasation. Methods Nine adult white rabbits were used to make models of local tissue injury by paclitaxel. Four method were used to repair the tissue of damage with two sides buttocks and back of each rabbits and were observed by macroscopic and microscope in 24 hour, 7day and 14 day. Results Heparin Sodium Cream, Diethylamine Salicylate and Magnesium Sulfate have significant differences to control (P〈0.05) in fadeaway index number and recovery time. The group of Heparin Sodium Cream is superior, about extinction of hyperemia, edema, inflammatory and form of granulation tissue, infiltration within 7 day and 14 day. Conclusions The results suggest that Heparin Sodium Cream can relieve the damage of subcutaneously local tissue and promote the renovation of subcutaneously local tissue.
