内压对飞行状态下密封结构动特性的影响

摘要 分析了内压对飞行状态下密封结构动特性的影响。基于三维有限元模型,借鉴空间自由体模态试验“悬挂法”的思想,采用弱刚度接地弹簧单元约束结构的刚体模态,分别计算了不同内压作用下,自由-自由和两端简支密封结构的固有频率和模态振型。结果显示内压对环向波数和轴向半波数较多的振动模态影响非常显著,但对环向波数和轴向半波数较少的振动模态影响不甚明显。 Influence of internal pressure on vibrations of sealed container in flight was investigated. In order to simulate free-free boundary conditions, weak stiffness grounded spring elements were applied to constrain rigid modes using "suspending method" utilized to accomplish modal test of a free space body for reference. Based on three-dimension finite element model. natural frequencies and modal shapes of sealed container under various internal pressure with free-free and simple support boundary conditions were calculated respectively. The results show that internal pressure greatly influences the vibration modes whose number of circumferential waves and axial half waves is large, but it has only little effect on the vibration modes whose number of circumferential waves and axial half waves is small.
