摘要
选择高质量的知识共享伙伴是知识型网络组织有效运作的重要条件之一,在甄选高质量的知识共享伙伴的过程中,由于知识的复杂性引起的信息不对称导致了逆向选择问题的产生。文章通过建立一个不完美信息动态博弈模型,分析了如何促使高质量伙伴参与知识共享而低质量伙伴不参与共享的发生条件,并进一步探讨了知识共享伙伴选择的影响因素,给出了如何减少逆向选择问题的负面影响,从而正确选择出知识共享伙伴的可行措施。
To choose the high-quality knowledge sharing partner is one of important conditions for guaranteeing knowledge-based network organizations to operate effectively. In choosing the high-quality knowledge sharing partner, the information asymmetry caused by the complexity of the knowledge brings about a question of reversion choice. In the paper, a dynamic gambling model of imperfect information is set up, the occurrence condition under which the high-quality partner rather than the lawquality partner is promoted to participate in sharing knowledge is analyzed, the influencing factors in choosing the knowledge sharing partner are discussed, and feasible measures for reducing the negative influence of reverse choice and choosing the knowledge sharing partner correctly are put forward.
