摘要
文章对近年来利用过渡金属铁改性TiO2光催化性能研究进展进行了综述,分析了Fe3+的掺杂机理,讨论了掺Fe3+对TiO2光催化活性和吸收光谱的影响,探讨了不同的Fe3+掺杂TiO2具有不同最佳质量浓度的原因,并对今后的研究提出了建议。
The progress in research on photocatalytic performance ot iron modified titania(TiO2) is reviewed. The mechanism of photocatalytic degradation of TiO2 is briefly introduced, two ways of photocatalyst modification by iron are summarized, i.e. substitution with doped iron and surface modification, and the methods of preparation are also surveyed, including liquid-phase deposition, the sol-gel method,the dipping method, the hydrothermal method, and some unique techniques, such as metal ion-implantation and radio frequency magnetron sputtering deposition(RF-MS). The Fe(Ⅲ) doped mechanism is analyzed, the effects of Fe(Ⅲ) doping on the photocatalytic activity and absorbing spectra of TiO2 are discussed in detail, arid the optimum concentration of Fe( Ⅲ ) doping is also investigated. It is considered that the optimum concentration may bear relation to the degree of order of the Fe (Ⅲ) in the TiO2 crystal lattice.
