摘要
结合基于KBE的透平膨胀机设计,以广义知识库概念为理论基础,阐述了设计中知识的获取、分类到推理、应用等一系列过程的工作,分析了建立的深层和浅层知识系统,在传统知识工程的基础上,提出了将广义知识库与大型CAD软件知识熔接工具(KF)相结合的设计框架。以对象框架语言描述产品的相关设计知识,以SQLServer为平台构建广义知识库,以NXKF为工具实现在CAD软件中的知识熔接。在设计中建立专门的广义知识库,实现了与知识熔接工具NXKF的结合,证明在基于KBE的机械产品设计中广义知识库构建的可行与必要。
Combined with the KBE-Based design of Turbo Expansion Engine, the acquisition, classification, deduction and application about the knowledge was introduced on the theory of general knowledge database (GKDB). The deep-seated and the basic knowledge about it were analyzed. On the base of the normal knowledge based engineering, the new design method--the combination of general knowledge database and the knowledge fusion tools (KF) of CAD software was applied. A frame-based object description language was proposed to represent multiple domain knowledge. The SQL Server was applied as the platform of founding the GKDB, and the NX KF was used as the tools for the knowledge fusion in the CAD software. Special GKDB was founded in the KBE design system for the machine. The combination with the knowledge fusion tools was also achieved in the design.
