摘要 为解决传统数字车间采用有线网络与通信技术所带来的困扰,获得良好的人机界面和人机协同工作,本文提出了一种新型数控系统模式。它由两部分组成,即基于WindowsCE.NET的嵌入式机床或机器人控制器和基于智能手机的移动控制器,两者通过无线技术进行通信。首先通过对蓝牙技术与IEEE802.11x的介绍与比较,阐述了为什么选用蓝牙技术。然后详细研究了WindowsCE.NET平台下对蓝牙硬件、协议、剖面的支持以及对其配置的问题。最后讨论了新型数控系统中蓝牙通信机制与实现。 To solve the problems brought by the wire communication and Network technology in traditional digital shops, and obtain the well human-machine interface and Human-Machine collaborative working, a new kind of CNC system is put forward. It's composed of tow parts: the embedded machine or robot controller based on Windows CE.NET and the mobile controller based on Smartphone. They adopt wireless technology to communicate with each other. First, the reasons of choosing the Bluetooth technology are discussed based on the comparison of Bluetooth and I EEE802.11 x. Then the composing of hardware, protocol and profile of Bluetooth as well as the programming model and deployment are investigated, which are based on the platform of Windows CE.NET. At last, the implementation of the Bluetooth communication of the new CNC system is discussed.
