摘要
介绍了全涤雪纺特黑增深织物在伊斯兰国家和地区的市场现状.通过工艺比较,确定了涤纶特黑机织物增深的生产工艺.经过目测,优化了特黑增深整理剂的配方.通过测试生产实样的表面反射率和表面深度值K/S,进一步阐述了此类织物的增深机理,讨论了加工过程中影响织物黑度的有关因素.
This paper introduced the present market situation of black polyester woven fabric in Islam countries and areas. A deep-dyeing process of black polyester woven fabric was established through a comparison of pro- cesses and the prescription of deep-dyeing agent was optimized by means of visual measurement. Through testing the surface reflectivity and FUS value of the sample,the paper further expounded the mechanism of deep-dyeing and discussed factors which affect the colors of fabric.
