系统地分析讨论了重整催化剂的结炭机理。结炭模型以及催化剂的再生烧炭本征动力学方程和宏观动力学方程,为延缓重整催化剂的失活和优化再生过程的操作提供了理论依据。
The mechanism and models of coke deposition on catalytic reforming catalyst together with the intrinsic kinetic equation and the macro kinetic equadon of carbon burning in regeneration of catalyst were analyzed and discussed systematically. The equations provide theoretical basis for the deactivation retardation of reforming catalyst and the optimization of regeneration operation.
