摘要
对炼油厂挖潜增效两种途径的各自影响因素及其变化进行了分析,阐明炼油企业中系统技术的重大意义。分析了炼油厂总流程规划中能量综合优化.总流程规划优化及老厂改造等问题。并指出如何从管理中挖掘更大的能量综合优化效益潜力。
Influencing factors on the two methods for tapping production potentials to enhance refinery benefits and their variation were analyzed respectively. Great significance of systematization techniques for petroleum refining enterprises was expounded. Problems of the refinery general scheme planing, its energy integrated optimization and the renovation of existing refineries etc. were analyzed. Methods for tapping more potential benefits from management via integrated energy optimization were pointed out.
