摘要
以甘蔗糖蜜酒精废液为液肥定量灌施甘蔗地,调查甘蔗苗期的农艺性状并测定甘蔗净光合速率和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,在甘蔗定植期蔗芽尚未萌动时直接灌施糖蜜酒精废液,对甘蔗苗期生长和分蘖有促进作用;植株个体的净光合速率比常规施肥好;其基础荧光(Fo)、光化学效率(Fv/Fm)与常规施肥的相比基本一致,表明直接灌施糖蜜酒精废液促进了甘蔗苗期生长,改善了某些光合性状,未对蔗苗造成胁迫。
Molasses alcohol waste liquor was used as liquid fertilizer irrigating sugarcane field at early growth stage, then the agronomic characters were investigated and net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were determined. The results showed that application of the liquid fertilizer on sugarcane before seed stem sprouting promoted the growth and tillering of sugarcane seedlings. And net photosynthetic rate was higher than that of normal fertilization, Fo, Fv/Fm were consistent with normal fertilization. In this experiment, direedy using the liquid fertilizer promoted the growth of sugarcane seedlings and improved some photosynthetic characters.
