应用固相微萃取气相色谱测定毛织物中的挥发性有机化合物 被引量:4

摘要 毛织物试样剪碎后置于饱和NaCl溶液中经40℃超声处理后,采用100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为固相微萃取技术(SPME)装置的固相涂层,通过顶空固相微萃取气相色谱(HS-SPME-GC-MSD)法测定了织物样品中的9种挥发性有机化合物(VOCs).该方法给出了相应的检测限量和适用范围,织物样品中9种VOCs的检测限量均低于0.001 mg/kg,回收率在96.8%~103.7%之间. This paper presented the resear6h work in detecting volatile organic compounds (including 9 compounds) in wool fabrics according to the limit control of European Oko-Tex standard 100 on VOCs. Ultrasonic extraction and 40℃ water-bath was adopted for samples treatment before the headspace solidphase microextraction (HS-SPME) were made by fused-silica fiber with 100 μm pelydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). Extraction was then directly analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The paper also gived application range for safe assessment of wool fabrics in consumption and dry cleaning. The limits of detection were below 0.001 mg/kg with average recovery between 96.8 % - 103.7 %.
