摘要 人的身高是基于多种基因的表达调控和环境影响的复杂性状。随着分子生物学的进展,发现相关基因的多态性影响着正常人的终身高。GH1基因、VDR基因、CYP19基因、雌激素受体基因以及Y染色体均与人的身材高矮有密切联系。本文综述了目前对以上基因的多态性与正常成人终身高之间关系的研究现状。 Human Height is a complex character that controlled by the expression of many genes and environment. Recently, many articles reported the close correlation between human height and gene polymorphism, such as GH1 gene, VDR gene, CYP19 gene, estrogen receptor gene and a few regions in the Y chromosome. This article reviews some research results on the relationship between normal final human height and gene polymorphism in recent years.
