摘要
在FLUENT软件平台上,采用标准紊流模型模拟了液压支架系统中高水基电磁先导阀流道内流体的流动状态及阀芯所受稳态液动力的情况。通过可视化模拟和分析得知,阀道内速度与压降最大值产生的位置、流体的流动状态与漩涡的产生区域和阀芯所受稳态液动力的变化趋势及对应工况,并通过比较计算验证了可视化分析的正确性。所得结论为阀道的结构设计与优化提供了参考依据。
Flow and force on the high water based electromagnetic pilot valve in the hydraulic support system is simulated based on standard turbulent model. By simulation the position of velocity vertex and the most obvious pressure decrease, the flow state of fluid and the areas creating swirl, the static flow force variational trend and corresponding work condition are ascertained, and proves the validity of visual analysis further by comparison, which provides a reference to design and make optimization for valve structure .
