摘要
该文介绍了两种基于无杆活塞气缸的气-液复合传动增压装置,分析了其工作原理,并给出了工作原理图与工作流程图。文章对系统的输出流量与输出力进行了分析计算,给出了相应的计算公式以及曲线分布图。该装置采用了主被动活塞并联结构,能够有效地避免串联式装置的气液两相容易混合的问题,技术性能较为完善,在输出力大小一定的条件下,能够显著地减少系统的压力和体积。
The working principle of the two kinds of airdraulic pressure amplifiers based on pneumatic cylinder is introduced. Both the working principle graph and working course graph are given .The analysis and calculating of the output flow and output liquid pressure are provided. The calculating formula is given as well as its curve graph. This device doesn't have the fault that the gas and the liquid are mixed easily because the driven piston is parallel connected directly with a driving-toggle. So, it has relatively perfect technical functions. This device can decrease the press and volume of the system obviously on some certain conditions of output stress of liquid pressure cylinder.
