摘要
微波低温真空干燥是一种节能降耗型的技术。近年来,国内微波低温真空干燥工艺已经开始发展,但微波低温真空干燥设备的制造技术在国内仍处于未成熟阶段,一些电子设备机械制造厂家生产的微波低温真空干燥设备,其关键质量问题还是没有很好的解决。文中介绍了微波低温真空干燥的特点和微波低温真空干燥设备的工作原理及主要技术。
The Microwave vacuum drying is an economic technology. Recently, domestic Microwave vacuum drying techniques is beginning to develop, but in present it is immature in our country. Products of some electron equipment factory have some problems in quality that have not resolved well. In this paper we introduce the characteristic of the Microwave vacuum drying techniques, its work principle, and its chief technique.
