摘要
开展了不同洗脱液组成对氧化铝柱上磷脂洗脱曲线影响的实验研究。分别用甲醇和甲醇-氨水体系做为洗脱剂进行洗脱,得到了最佳的洗脱液组成:甲醇:氨水=20:1(v/v)。在此条件下,卵磷脂PC和脑磷脂PE的洗脱率分别达到了98.6%和32.3%。这为用氧化铝柱层析来同时制备卵磷脂和脑磷脂的工艺的工业化研究奠定了重要基础。
Effect of elution phase composition on the elutiot characteristics of phospholipids on the alumina column was experimentally studied. Methanol and methsnol-ammonia were used as the elution phase respectively and better composition was got: methanol: ammonia= 20:1(v/v), At the conditions, the elution recoveries of PC and PE are 98.6% and 32.3% respectively. The work will provide important basic data for purification of phospholipids with alumina column chromatography.
