摘要
西北750kV示范工程是目前国内最高电压等级的输变电工程,750kV系统对继电保护的快速性和可靠性要求更高。文中概述了示范工程继电保护的配置情况及结合750kV系统电气特性进行的技术改进,阐述了系统调试试验中继电保护具体的配合方案、运行方式及应注意的问题,介绍了人工短路试验中各保护动作情况,最后对继电保护应用中存在的部分问题进行了分析探讨。
The 750kV transmission pilot project in Northwest China is the highest voltage level transmission project in China, which makes even higher reliability and speed requirements on relay protection. The configuration, operating mode and issues for attention concerning the relay protection in the artificial short-circuit test are briefly described. The operating mode and emphasis during system commissioning measurement are also analyzed and researched. Finally, the existing major problem in the application of relay protection is discussed and a solution is put forward.
