摘要 常山酮是使用很广泛的一种抗球虫药,本文介绍了国内外对常山酮残留检测的气相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、液质联用法和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),并对ELISA和HPLC两种方法进行了比较。 Halofuginone （Hal） is a widely used anti-coccidiosis agent, and in this paper the methods for determination of Halofuginone residues, such as gas-liquid chormatography, capillary zone electrophoresis, high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）, liquid chromatography -mass spectrometry and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, were introduced. The ELISA and the HPLC methods were discussed extensively and the results of the two methods were compared.
