摘要
图书馆知识管理需要一个合理的组织结构作为其运作的载体。图书馆应先对原有组织机构进行功能整合,建立以其主要职能为主体框架的基础性组织结构,然后再将肩负不同使命的知识管理角色配置到相应的部门中去,实现知识管理与业务流程的有机融合。
Knowledge management in libraries needs a rational organizational structure to be its carrier. Library should functionally integrate the former organizational institutions in advance, and build a basic organizational structure depending on its principal functions. After that, library should allocate knowledge managers who undertake different missions to relevant departments to realize organic inosculation of knowledge management and operation flow.
