摘要
马钢高线主传动原使用的是磁场可逆而电枢不可逆的ISA085控制系统。在保留电机和可控硅主件的前提下,使用西门子的6RA70系统进行改造,保留了其磁场可逆电枢不可逆的功能,实现了磁场回路和电枢回路的通讯功能。
The main drive of the High Speed Wire Ltd. originally used the ISA085 control system with a Plant of Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., reversible magnetic field and an irreversible armature. Under the prerequisite of remaining motor and thyristor, Siemens 6RA70 system was used to carry out the reconstruction. The functions with the reversible magnetic field and the irreversible armature were remained, and the communication functions of the magnetic field circuit and the armature circuit were realized.
