Blood Biochemical Changes of Immigrants Stayed at 4 300m Altitudes for Different Period

摘要 目的:探讨居住海拔4300m高原不同时间青年肝功能、肾功能、血脂、血浆蛋白及血清酶的变化。方法:对进驻高原3个月(n=174)、6个月(n=73)及一年(n=88)的男性汉族青年检测其血清总胆红素(STB)、直接胆红素(SDB)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙氨酸氨基转换酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转换酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)。结果:居住3个月较6个月及1年STB、SDB、BLA、TC、TG、LDL-C、γ-GT增高,差别有显著性(P<0.05或0.01),3个月较1年AST、ALT、BUN增高,差别非常有显著性(P<0.01);居住6个月较1年TP增高,差别有显著性(P<0.05);其余均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:进驻高原初期引起肝功能、肾功能等多项指标异常,脏器损伤较居住半年以上严重。 Objective: To explore the function of liver and kideny and changes on level of blood fats, plasma protein and serum enzyme in youth stayed at 4 300m altitudes for different period. Methods: Level of serum total bilirubin(STB), serum direct bilirubin(SDB), total protein(TP), albumin(ALB), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine(Cr), uric acid(UA), triacylglycerol(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL - C), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), γ- glutamyl transferase(γ- GT) and alkalinephosphatase(ALP) were measured in three healthy youth groups: they were exposed to 4 300m altitudes for 3 months (n = 174), 6 months (n = 73) and 12 months (n = 88) respectively. Results: The level of STB,SDB,BLA,TC,TG,LDL--C and γ--GT were increased in 3 months exposed group compared with that 6 months and 12 months group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The level of AST, ALT, BUN and TP were increased in the 6 months group compared with that 12 months group (P〈0.05 or 0.01). Other index had not significant differences (P〉0.05). Conclusions: The functional indexes of liver and kidney in healthy youths who exposed early to high altitude have more abnormal changes than those people exposed to altitude longer.
