摘要
目的:建立同时测定萘普生的含量及有关物质的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱采用C18柱(ZORBAX C18 14.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(50:49:1),检测波长为254nm。结果:本法的平均回收率为94.9%,相对标准偏差为0.15%,在5—45μg/ml的浓度范围之间呈线性。结论:本法可同时测定萘普生含量及其有关物质含量,且简便、灵敏、准确。
Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determination of content of naproxen and its related substances in naproxen colored tablets. Method: The separation was performed on a ZORBAX C18 Cohunn (4.6 mm ×150mm,5μm) with acet onitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (50: 49: 1 ) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm . Result: The average recovery of naproxen using this method was 94.9%. RSD was 0.15% .Results of this method showed linear correlation in the range of 5 - 45μg/ml. Conclusion: The HPLC method developed is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for determination of content of naproxen and its related substances in naproxen colored tablets.
