摘要
目的探讨大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈期间肾上腺髓质神经肽Y阳性细胞的变化。方法用成年雄性Wistar大鼠53只分实验性胃溃疡组、盐水组和正常组。采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)显示阳性细胞并用病理图像分析系统软件做面密度分析。结果溃疡组神经肽Y阳性细胞面密度于术后4 d升高,术后6 d、10 d降低,与正常组相比差别显著(P<0.01,P<0.05);溃疡组神经肽Y阳性细胞面密度于术后6 d、10 d低于盐水组,均为P<0.01。结论肾上腺髓质神经肽Y阳性细胞可能间接或直接参与大鼠实验性胃溃疡修复的调节。
Objective To study the changes of neuropeptide Y (NPY) cells in adrenal medulla of rats during the self-healing process of experimental gastric ulcer. Methods Fifty-three adult male Wistar strain rats were divided into three groups.experimental gastric ulcer group, saline control group and normal control group. The immunohistochemical SP method was used to show NPY positive cells. The analytical soft ware of Pathological image was used in the area density analysis. Results The area density of NPY cells in gastric ulcer group were higher than normal groups on the 4th day after operation. The area density of NPY cells on the 6 th and 10th days was significantly lower than normal group( P〈0.01, P〈0.05). The area density on area of NPY positive cells in gastric ulcer group was lower than saline group on the 6th and 10th days after operation (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion NPY positive cells of adrenal medulla directly or indirectly participated in regulating the balance of endocrine during the self-healing of the experimental gastric ulcer.
