摘要
如何正确处理城市与农村的关系,是一个值得深入探讨的问题。城市化包括有形城市化(农村人口向城市集中)和无形城市化(城市文明对农村的扩散和辐射)。只有把这两者有机结合起来,协调起来,城市化才能健康发展。也就是说,城市化应当是推动农村发展的城市化,新农村应当是城市化进程中的新农村。只有动态地把握好城市与乡村的关系,把城市与乡村一起纳入城市化轨道,才符合本源意义上的城市化含义,才能推进整个社会的全面进步。
It is worth exploring the relationship between the city and the country properly. Urbanization is composed of visible urbanization （ migration of rural population into the city） and invisible urbanization （ the spread and diffusion of urban civilization into the countryside. ） Urbanization will go smoothly so long as we integrate and coordinate the two models. In other words, urbanization should facilitate the development of countryside and new model of countryside should be constructed in the process of urbanization. Only when the relationships between the city and the country are handled properly and when city and countryside are built along the process of urbanization can the entire society be promoted.
